So here is once more and a real item of beauty. The photo is a homage to my friends at the http://www.echo-echo.pl DX Group and there club monitor frequency. To facts now. The people who told me I was wrong there is no A channels and no 5Kc step you are indeed wrong to have doubted me.

SO.

A channels known as 10KHz step: PRESS THE MIKE GAIN 1 SECOND OR SO AND WILL CHANGE

5KC: PRESS THE MIKE GAIN ONE SECOND AND THE MHZ BUTTON FLASHES AND FREQ CHANGES BY 10KHz

  1. Hello!

    I just ordered this radio, and am thinking about doing this mod for listening only outside the CB band, but does this affect the power output of the radio. Here it is legal to run 4W AM, 4W FM and 12W SSB.

    And another question: Can I use a CB antenna (Wilson 1000) for listening outside of the CB band? I would not transmit at all, all the transmitting would take place in the A-band.

  2. it is a really nice radio but In the EU only that you can buy this radio
    It is difficult to buy it because the postage is high in Japan

    • No mounting comes but it’s DIN size and case seems Johnson II.

    I have seen in other DE shops the Lincoln 2, which is not out yet, has a RRP of 329 Euro. 100 (ish) more than the G2?

      Nice to read you. Lincoln II I’m not sure what price it will be. Most people are simply just guessing now. The Grant II now lies is well made. Tidy inside, clean, sharp, tidy and you know and see the quality it is from production.

      I think will be soon in DE maybe keep an eye on Markus http://www.neuner.de he will get some and hope for me too!

      About the kebad was meaning it’s clean enough to eat your dinner from 🙂
