How many of us continued there love of AM partly as we were tuned on 1440khz listening to the “1.3 million watts of power from transmitters in the Grand Duche of Luxembourg. Actually visited the studios and saw the antennas. It’s not this time a CB related throwback but still important all the same. The fading of the signal, the crackle and pop and the music played.

So that’s why this time it’s the throwback, I guess many listened to it in one form or another and in some cases (mine) listening till 3am didn’t make maths lessons that much easier (fall asleep)
