Just one small problem with that Simon, 28MHz to 29.7MHz is already in use, as the 10M Amateur band.
Sure but people know what I mean. Plus Russians use 28000 upwards for taxi and chit chat too, non 10m usage

I agree! But some people not happy with 11m stuff here. A few quite upset and angry messages, some threats, some stupid comments.
