Uniden are always busy it seems? Now they’ve released a new scanner to market that can be programmed to receive Freenet, PMR, CB, Marine and a wide selection of services. Add to this it has USB programming, alarm clock and radio it really does appear to do a lot. I’m asked a lot about why I don’t test or feature more scanners as part of the blog? Many know that almost all stuff here I show is purchased. Uniden isn’t sold in Hungary, plus shipping costs and exchange rate from HUF to € isn’t so great. So yes I would try and do more but at the moment it isn’t possible. And I’ve no direct contacts to who imports or knows Uniden stuff. Maybe in time we will see.
