Even better than the last post comes news that the “Smart Chassis” now comes dual band for £89.95 retail in the UK. And if you want it widebanded add another £20 to the price. Due to size and complexity I’d add the wideband immediately as allows PMR and / or Freenet operation in various countries.

Does this radio do +-offset for repeaters. All the websites seem to have the same cut and paste specs. None have offset listed. Anyone find the manual online. I own the Anytone Smart for 10m and really like it. Thanks!
These radios are PC programmable and in the program it allows offset for repeater use. But please be aware the AT-779 U/V is not currently available on the market.
better then some of the cheap pmr radios you see on ebay
