Something for the modification men out there. Take a look at this Cobra 148 GTL as modified I believe by PU4WLG Wander Lucio from Belo Horizonte in Brazil. I’ll let you watch the video below. That’s the best way to see what this little 148 GTL can do. I guess sit back to be amazed maybe?

Hi Colin. It can be bought online from South America but actual inside EU in shops it isn’t.. Ebay has them. But no ROHS and no CE that is partly why not in Europe. And cost!

Seen lots of things in radios but this looks like it could be ok if ever went into production and no external freq counter
