CRT 1 FP Photos

Thanks go to Emilie for the quick sending. Below we’ve a few photos of the newly released CRT 1FP. The radio comes of course locked to 144-146 and 430-440 but it is possible to expand it to the full potential of 136-174 and 400-480. The radio is powered by a 7.2v 2000MaH with the power rated as 1w/6w VHF and 1w/5w UHF. And for those that are interested the all important 6.25Khz step for Freenet and PMR is also on board the radio.

The all important side connection is Kenwood type for handsfree materials to be added. All the usual things are on board with 1750Khz tone burst, CTCSS / DTMF time out timer and when there is nothing on the addition of a FM radio from 65-108Mhz could be useful. Myself I chose a yellow one as different to the usual but you can also purchase the radio in black or red. But for me Yellow why not?

Drop in charger is provided, two manuals in English and French and a branded CRT lanyard to carry the radio around your neck. Price is €75 plus shipping. And yes before you ask it’s got a voice prompt which can be switched off as can the key beep which with all radios can be a little annoying.

Easiest way at the moment I guess is the CRT web shop although they are currently closed from the 4th till 24th August.
