In the catalogue for Cobra in the USA it’s indeed a case of the same old thing. However a new hand held has appeared on the pages and we’ve the page from the catalogue I guess with the mock up to show you. Straight forward AM only with the normal NOAA channels that all the radio need in the USA. Along with this you’ve got the Soundtracker Noise Reduction system onboard.

The older version (still in cobra catalog and had hidden 120 channels Link mod too!) I did have a pair (used them in LA USA)but were not best for water proofing and ruggedness be interesting to see how compares if
well made it is or not?

Im surprised President USA has not done the Randy 2 USA version yet?
Think the USA chaps would like a ruff and rugged performance CB handheld for outdoor uses,I personally cant fault this handheld and use the ones I have regular in local area with good results.
one of the best CB HT in a while I own and very commercial grade (thats why I like them one reason),maybe see how Cobra fairs?
