Promotions are interesting things! And this time CRT comes out of the block with a killer price for the Megapro. I get literally dozens of mails asking about the hole on the front and that’s for PC Programming. You see it on the QX, the Stabo and Avanti and all radios are programmable. Yes the radio has the usual rU mode and YES you loose the UK40 offset of .125 and YES High Power Mode is possible. It’s in the modification area. I’ll add this radio has its quirks, if you think you can learn it then ok if not then don’t cause yourself stress. Plus YES it also has VFO mode hidden inside, plus with the CTCSS perfect for internet gateways.
