News has arrived that when the stock is gone another radio will head into the darkness and this time it’s the 10m AM/FM HR-2800 from KPO. Originally an Intek radio and renamed with some extra goodies added it is yet another radio taking its final now. This year has become really a year of the discontinued radios.

The CB version of this radio was £50 cheaper and with a simple mod it would cover 10m so I’ll be amazed if they ever sold any HR-2800’s.
An AM/FM radio that was the price of an SSB radio in the UK. You could get an AT-5555 for the same price.
