I’m guessing, that might be code for they’ll do the conversion mods. Pure speculation on my part.
Well it’s not code is it as you wrote “ not sure if it’s the mods to use as CB” think this goes to SPAM as it’s rubbish..

I’m not sure if that includes the needed mods required for the unit to work in the US as a CB radio. You can find them on eBay, Amazon & at their website cbradiosupply.com . They’re one of the largest radio repair & retail shops in the country. They have a great reputation. From their ads:
