Midland Deutschland have posted the first photos of the “Dual Mike” that have arrived in Germany. Customers awaiting the €130 system will need to wait until October for them to go on general release. I’m not exactly sure but I think today I’ve heard an Italian using the microphone? The sound was very distinctive and sure wasn’t from a phone as sounded processed and a little digital in nature. Ciao Simon, I confirm you, in Italy there are some DUAL MIKE early adopters I have listened today.
IT groups are quite busy and it seems there is a lot of interest about the app and curiosity about the mike…
Even right now (it’s nearly 11p.m.), in the area of Milan, there are more people using the app than on air on 11meters…
We will see.

Ciao Alessandro. Your information always superb. In your opinion do you hear like me a rather digital sound to the audio from the first adopters? I think today I hear two guys maybe “Radio Criminale” and another and they are appearing to sound digital in style. I just looked on the app and see many users around Milano in room Italy 1.
Let’s see indeed I think the app will be more popular as it’s free where the mike is €130 🙄 but guess time will tell.
