Today’s the anniversary of Citizen Band radio in the United Kingdom. As part of the yearly celebrations Thunderpole has a banner to link you too events for the celebration. These are a guide as nobody can tell you what channel is official or not as all channels are open for use. Get on air and make some calls. I know from stations in many groups expect the airwaves to be buzzing this evening.

I set up a portable station on high ground in Northern Ireland specifically for this event.
Apart from a few regular local stations did not hear or make any contacts into the United Kingdom. Nothing heard on channel 37 (27/81) very disappointing.
