The radio wasn’t bought and is a sample loan piece from an EU reseller. As you’ll see the number of the radio is 00001 so it’s the first off the line. This prelude is especially for Masa in Japan and Daniel in the USA who are interested in what the radio is, isn’t and what it can do! Now just small odds and ends.

Initial thoughts are radio shares almost identical board to the Walker II but obviously different firmware and extended mode points. Heavy case, heat sink on the back and on the inside for AM. Dedicated menu item UK On / Off so you can turn on the UK channels or leave them off. Weight same as Walker II and dimensions the same with added echo and 24-30 & UK. I’ve asked for the EU price from the dealer and of course with serial 1 it’s not staying and my piece will be bought in Germany or France.

Firmware / Features / Operations can change on the released version. This is a test piece.
