News from Germany from various people about an “upgrade kit” to the President electret microphone that comes with many of the radios as a stock microphone. Ralf DO6RBA has a kit advertised (availability outside Germany unknown) which replaces I believe the original element and moves it to another position where it gets more voice as the holes are bigger. The photos below are I believe from Todde and also Ralf. So you see what happens. Next the eBay number with the caveat I’m not sure where and if outside Germany sales are permitted or wanted.
