I guess my initial thought was why bother? It’s a simple CB radio with components and actually radio built for a price and not anything whiz bang so to speak! But on the other hand why not. If this idea works and anyone / someone sees a benefit from it then give it a go and indeed the audio sounds pretty good too I’d say.
