Again something different heard down on 25.615 MHz and named as an “unidentified ventilator signal” so something really interesting and different. Already a few people have made an attempt at what the signal is and some of these are really quite interesting. Link to the video below.

I hear four different signals on that recording.
1) The She She She signal is CODAR. https://www.sigidwiki.com/wiki/CODAR
2) The rattle noise is one of the many different “Over The Horizon Radars” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Over-the-horizon_radar
3) The two short bursts in between are really too short to make up what it is
