CRT Xenon Tuning “Konektor”

Whilst this is not the big thing coming from Konektor5000 (later this week) it is something very interesting. They taken a standard Xenon and worked some magic to make it work better! Below we’ve the details for those who are interested. Interesting options and I’m told it is “much better with the Murata inside.

And what’s been changed? Info below:

A number of modifications made on our CB Konektor website to improve reception and transmission:
output power adjustment: AM up to 6W (18W PEP), FM up to 18W
unblocking to the Export version – 480 channels, rasters 0/5, “holes”, multistandard disabled
replacement of the II IF filter on a better quality Japanese muRata 455 IT ceramic filter – a significant improvement in selectivity
improvement of AM modulation – increase of transmit volume – microphone with amplification is not needed
modification of the AM modulator, adding trebles in the transmission path – more “sharp” modulation
tuning / checking the radio receiver – checking / tuning the receiving path.
