We’ve two photos and these are from (c) Jörn Hofmann from Bensons Funktechnik (on Neuner website) and show the front panel, display and also inside from the AE6290 from Albrecht. First opinion is this radio shares a lot of DNA with a brother called the Hera or indeed Xenon. There are a few subtle changes that can be seen but mostly the DNA shows itself. Bulk shipment coming in August and should fly off the shelves for €99

I’m quite surprised they have the CTCSS/Repeater functions when it’s not in 10m or opened up mode. Still, sounds a nice radio – but I downloaded the manual, and it says no AM in UK mode??! https://imgur.com/a/m0WfC9M
There is in U.K. mode AM, FM, UKFM so no troubles there. In extended mode there is CTCSS, Repeater and coverage 24.890 – 30.105
Fantastic! Thanks for the info!
Hopefully it will be on here all the details within next seven days
Let’s hope that the firmware programming was done a bit better this time.
The AE 6120 is pure horror 🙁
And join the small wire 😲 impossible for fat fingers and gigantic google soldering irons 😇 Hope your well Doktor…
looks good and repeater shift it had to happen ok we have no repeaters for 11m but on good days there is lots in the rest of EU and a top mounted speaker would be nice , the future is here and we have waited a long time for it
And maybe 10m mode with CTCSS and shift can open some there too?
