A new 50 watt mobile radio with 144-146 and 430-440 MHz transmit coverage and 108-999.995 MHz extended receive coverage. Below we’ve got the mock up / PC design photo I suppose. Yet another caveat: it has no FM broadcast support 🙁
It’s the same foot print as the ftm-300. It’s pretty much looking like an updated FT-90. The tiny little 50 watt analog dualband they made years ago. Doesn’t have a lot of appeal. At least not for me.
According to the review on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLwWGK9BVCg, the price could be around $319. Too high for an analog only radio.
