Looking around it appears that the much touted PNI Escort 8500 HP with integrated MP3 and CB radio has been priced at 499.99 RON which equates at todays exchange rate as €105 and £87 which excludes of course import duties and taxes to territories it’s applicable plus shipping which as we know has gone through the roof in price recently. Anyhow it’s got a price! That’s the first part out of the way. Price was when order was made via PNI Romania.

Ahh, it’s nice to see manufacturers starting to design some new, up to date radios. Now if they will make them with a remote head capability and add Bluetooth. Everything is better with Bluetooth.
