*News* China’s Shenzhen shuts electronics market

Just as markets are waiting for more and more goods the Chinese government has closed down Shenzhen as 35 cases of COVID found in a country with a zero COVID policy. Reuters and others report all areas will be closed for a minimum of 4 days “but expect” it too last much longer. With thanksgiving and other holidays fast approaching whether we like it or not it’s not a great situation.

  1. The knock on effect of this I feel will be huge esp as you say it’s almost the shut down time when everyone orders more from them to see them through, odd isn’t it as the uk and I’m not sure about other countries are not this strict, covid now = business as usual..
