CB27.com has launched a new “ham Radio” to market. Anytone Ares II finally with an analogue meter and looks like a replacement of the long in the tooth 3900 series of radios! seems to be the same case as Lincoln II etc and maybe internals similar to the others out now, maybe something like 5555 Plus N??
Optional CTCSS, No NRC, 30w PeP SSB and 40-45w FM, PC Programmable

I believe it will have the NRC. Too bad you guys aren’t gonna have it available.
As I understand no NRC as it’s basically a stripped down lower cost unit so some goodies are not going to be inside

Internals is basic DX5000 and has similar power but less features. My source is the factory
Your radio is the old AM/FM Ares, it’s called an Ares Plus and he new one is called Ares II
Totally and I mean TOTALLY different Radio

MODEL NO.: ARES II 10 Meter Radio
Frequency:
28.000-29.700MHz (25.615~30.105MHz)

Keep in mind that CB27.com is not a store, it does not sell anything, it is just a “newspaper” site about CB radio 😉
