This radio will work on SSB for you on a EU or EC band as obviously a radio takes time to design and come to market. And when this radio was conceived the UK and OFCOM had no ideas about UK SSB! So don’t expect it, plus it is not legal yet so you can’t expect it for this reason also.

But buy it and SSB is there ready and waiting for when is legal..
