Each and everyday the frequencies between 25500-29500 are filled with the sounds of the OTH (Over The Horizon) radars which make many frequency unusable. Below is a video posted in 2013 showing the climbing of the Chernobyl 2 OTH so you can take a look at what you can be hearing on the bands albeit from another location. So sit back and take a look at the structure and the climbing of it.
