What A Difference A Year Makes?

I thought it was funny season recently after getting emails about the version 2 Lincoln II. I first of all replied and sent them to Neuner Funk who had advertised two radios for sale on his site. Since these vanished more emails are coming about the V2 and how to get hold of one of these? Not the V3 but the V2?

I can honestly say am not sure why the sudden buzz? I know someone who has an Udo “V3” and works exceptionally well like his French V2 and I have to say it is just a few millimetres difference between my V2 and V3 with the V2 edging the V3 also. BUT it is the Version 2 which is after all a repaired original release radio and there are not many of these on the ground as only a few were modified, many were left as nature intended and when I asked 1 owner he was delighted how well his was working. So don’t ask me. I don’t know why the sudden interest.

Anyone any ideas?

Tim in Germany I recall told me about a V2 selling for a high price… Don’t understand it..

I know some say there are different V3 out there? Some with differences on the board, differences of components. TRUTH, I don’t know at all, nothing at all. But seems some think something is happening. So let me know what it is?
