Today in Hungary was a very special day as the FM/AM band on CEPT was wide open with many stations heard across the west of Europe and also from the East of Europe. First up was a repeater with a k-tone on 27:345FM. The video from the Internet below would make me believe it was located in Duisburg Germany
The video above from Bill 779 best shows the repeater / relay as it was on the same channel and indeed the same tone at the end of transmission so guess that this was indeed the same and correct one.
Music:
Also around the same time Russian music was heard being played, like radio style and this went on the same for around 90 minutes and at one stage a telephone number or address was told, where i cannot tell you as have no ideas at all. Below is the video:
Location now unknown, unless you have an idea? Radio was Grant II v2 and the antenna Thunderpole5
1st Song: Vladimir Charlamov “White Bearch”
2nd Song: Yevgeniy Ross “White Snow Through The Window”
That’s the songs that play on the 27:280FM video
Now we wait and see what else we can hear on the air, already today heard Belarus late in the morning which is hard from here due to distance. Let us hope an interesting time radio wise ahead?
