With thanks to the Reverend Bow for sending me the link to his review of the Anytone Smart which is the QX version of the Avanti, Albrecht and others. This small radio can make 25-30Mhz, 8 watts and also can cover 10m band only and of course the multi-EU bands so does quiet a lot, is well priced and can be now bought in USA via Amazon or direct from the factory.

  
Although ultimately the same as the AE-6110 the Smart has not been reviewed anywhere as far as I know so am delighted to send a link here to the review:
