After a handful of emails about my recent words about the WB Himalaya and the USA I’ll respond here. It’s my knowledge that “In 2017” the antenna could arrive on the shores of the USA. At the moment production is underway to meet the demand within the EU which dealers tell me is quite high. Add this to the fact that the range is being extended to cover all the EU available UP (Ultra Power) antennas in the USA then it seems to be that the Himalaya WB could be the first base antenna to be introduced in the USA. Am I sure? Sort of! But it would be the most obvious choice. So as it’s obvious maybe it won’t happen. Time will tell and of course with this I’ve no ideas of price etc.
