I was forwarded a link by Eric P who asked me what I thought about this? First impression it seems to be a poorly Grant II and should make its way to a dealer or service to be looked at. Actually I’ve seen the same before a long time ago and was when a non genuine microphone was used. Why, how I don’t know but I remember something. In the end think was a diode or something near the microphone socket but can’t find the mail about it.
