Introducing ZeroFive Antennas

Something very different for “Premiere Monday” which is a new segment for people who want to introduce something new to us radio people! Daniel a friend of mine from Illinois wants us to take a look at ZEROFIVE antennas. I’d had a sneak peak when I was sent a photo of a different antenna via messenger and WAH it was well built. Looking like a Sigma IV (more of that later this week as less information known now) known as Colossal 4. First photo below is Colossal 4….

But we hand the blog now over to Daniel for his introduction below:

Here we come with a USA BEST kept secret, an antenna builder that does not see price figure but absolute strength and quality second to none! You DO get what you pay for. My name is Daniel and writing this article over ZEROFIVE-ANTENNAS. Tom is an Amateur and all about antennas, I believe about 45 years of building and I will say in review here, the absolute best built, strongest antennas I have ever seen built in the history of the industry. Now, that is about as absurd of a statement to make you say, Here are photos of the Colossal 10K in which you will see its sheer beauty and strength. Also the Colossal 4 (not shown on website/special order), also my very own CUSTOM 2 (PDLII style) ZEROFIVE (one of a kind) built. ZEROFIVE-ANTENNAS uses only true T832 aircraft aluminum!!! The Colossal 10K standard can handle up to 15,000 watts PEP when direct fed. What I really love are his very own High Q High Efficient matching networks!!! Tom is mainly an Amateur Radio Antenna builder but does do a BEST true 5/8 wave Colossal 10k and designed for small box shipments!!! Also the Colossal 4 (sigma 4 type) however is simply a pickup only as is built all put together except for sliding all the vertical tubes out. Also here is his direct website and info link, zerofive-antennas.com/ For all that price does not matter but quality is everything, here maybe is your choice. The aluminum alone is not cheap compared to most all others in his antennas. As again, his norm is Multiband & Mono Amateur Antennas as well as Multiband Flagpole antennas for HOA, mounts and so on. Can see all at website.
