This President George 2 does like the competitors of CRT and Anytone, it has the circuits of last generation so that you can maintain QSO’s without frequency drift in order to have fun quietly.
For someone who doesn’t have 1500 or 2000 euros or pounds sterling to spend on a Japanese HF radio these current devices are a credible alternative.
I find that since last year 2022, there has been movement in the manufacture of CB and 10 M radios with credible technical choices and that changes us from the mediocrity of the last 40 years.
I hope that manufacturers will continue to persevere in this direction.
Since September 2022 I have the CRT SS7900V and it is the day and the night to have a station with which one can make radio even in SSB and always be stable in frequency without playing to clarify constantly or to wait between hot and cold that it has the oscillators which is stabilizing.
