Sunday 25th, we had a fun filled day , many mistakes and errors by the host…ME, I apologise to all those that were caught up in the melee for their patience and understanding, pain levels since the accident have been even higher than normal and has definitely taken its toll on my well-being.
Thanks need to go out to Timo 56TR277, again making himself known as i was heading up the Clee Hills between 08.30-09.00 then called back in, allowing many contacts to be made through to him ….. Hats off to our QRP Station of the week, Cory 26DR(X)483, he was portable and calling on a handheld radio, did a great job and made himself known to Timo in Finland….
Apologies to the station with 109 at the beginning or end of their callsign, just could not hear enough to make you out but thanks for your time and effort in making that call, there is always another week…..
Again we will be out so please feel free in calling into the net, as usual ALL GROUPS, ALL STATIONS, ALL NATIONS, are welcome to call into this net. Ears will be open for MOBILES,PORTABLES, QRP CALLERS AND SDR RXERS with access to a radio…..
Also keep an eye out for our event taking place in early Summer, an Xray event that will have DR Team Members hosting on various frequencies from all over this Country and hopefully if we can get interest from Team Members over the Waters from international stations too….
