Scott’s Radio in the USA showed it and still didn’t stop people messaging me and asking does service mode / engineer mode exist and the answer is yes. But leave it alone as they’ve changed how it looks and behaves.

And remember this is a cheap CB sub $45 to produce and is produced to a price. So when it’s not as loud as your Icom, not as loud as your Yaesu it wasn’t made badly. It was made differently, it’s a CB and not a ham radio so has a totally different spectrum of use! So you don’t need engineer mode as was made badly, it was made as a CB. So want wide Yaesu, Kenwood or Icom audio then buy one of those and not a cheap CB radio.
