Sunday 23/11/2025, What a wonderful day of contacts , friendship, camaraderie and cooperation, my first week back for many a week due to family commitments and issues that have taken their toll on my health and well-being.

Great efforts were made by our Scandinavian Brothers in Radio, Timo 56TR277, making himself known from early doors well into the later half of the DRDX Net. We also heard off a newbie to our Net Onni 56LR288, I pronounced this like ONLY without the L, please forgive me if i am wrong, but was wonderful to be able to get them into the net and to pass them to quite a few other domestic UK stations. Our next Finnish friend was Kimmo, 56DR027 again making himself known for as long as the skip allowed and also showing great patience when it came to allowing those in the UK the chance to get into the log by having that QSO with him.

Other Countries and stations of interest were, USA Richard 7929 calling from Maine, Italy, Greece Mike calling from Crete, Bulgaria no name as this chap just wouldn’t leave a gap long enough for anyone to ask him questions, also his ECHO wasn’t helping matters when it came to actually hearing what he was saying.

SHOUT OUT FOR THE DAY, BERNI 34LV02 LANZAROTE, called on FM Mode and was the most powerful station of the day.

As usual, ALL GROUPS, ALL STATIONS, ALL NATIONS are welcome to call into this Net.

Just to clarify the DRDX Net has been using this frequency and mode for a full 10 yrs, which also matches the length of time the DRDX Team Members have been joining us , we are approaching 1440 Team members. callsigns are available for those that would like one.

GAPS WILL BE LEFT FOR THOSE MOBILES, PORTABLES, QRP CALLERS and SDR RX ers that have access to a radio.

Here is the list, although when we were passing our 56 Div friends, there were several that attempted to join us but got lost in the melee, please show patience and KEEP TRYING , we fully appreciate all those that make the effort.

Until Next Sunday please take care and thanks again for all the well-wishes.

There were many more that tried but when the skip was rolling those calling from further afield those signals swamped the domestic signals easily. Germany and our friends on the Munich Net were prime examples yet they still QSY ed , thanks my friends in that Net .

Thanks for looking until next Sunday please keep safe and well, de 26DR017 David
