This radio has come a long way since its initial release when it was made by Uniden back in the day. Have to say what a sad time that we will loose for however long the Lincoln name from the President portfolio. And also we must remember maybe only the distributor Avera has discontinued it so maybe it’s not so bad after all? Guess we sit and wait and see..

But we also know people have a list as long as their arm for what they’d expect from the new model if it ever materialised. Online in early 2024 onwards President Lincoln III was trending, then there was the mysterious German dealer who said he saw one, then another note it would be thinner and like a Quad 6 PRO style those comments came mid 2025. That’s what makes our hobby super cool as nobody knows what’s around the corner but can and will still comment about it!
