Thank you Gary for the email and for asking about how to make this radio do more than the 4w it will come supplied with. This radio is “maybe” based on a Luiton LT-778. This radio isn’t manufactured by Qixiang. Those believing this please note it’s not.

High Power Mode

Press ECHO+TSQ and turn on the power. 
Choose the power by turning the CH knob, to confirm turn off the station(LO/MI/HI)
FM HI TX power is 60W
FM MI TX power is 20W
FM LO TX power is 4W

Frequency Bands

Hold TSQ wile turning the radio on. 
Turn CH knob to select the standard: EU, UK, PL, DE, IN, US, NZ, CE. 
Turn off the radio to confirm.

VFO Mode

Hold the FUN key and turn on the radio.
Rotate CH knob to select CH or VFO. 
Turn off to confirm
