** Functions & Features are for radios updated from initial release firmware at either Bensons, Neuner or AlexRadioShop*
This is the latest manual for the Albrecht AE-5900 and guess it will cover the May delivery of the radio as it has the new firmware ideas including channel and volume swap and display colour change amongst others.
I’m a little confused as in the manual it shows

A clarifier ( 7.1.32) as we know is used to select the exact frequency to hear someone well on SSB but later in the manual it shows that

A clarifier enables and disables the transmitter side dynamic which is labelled before as TXDRC ( 7.1.31) which is similar to an NPC mod. So it cannot be a clarifier which enables SSB to be tuned correctly and an TX DRC which is like cutting off the AM limiter or regulator? Explains why when I press it sometimes it forgets the volume channel swap and need re-select it again.
Not A Manual Issue
So in extended mode the guideline for memory mode on my radio doesn’t work as it shows in the manual. In multi-norm and non molested radio it works but in expanded mode the memory mode isn’t like described here. Now I’ve been able to check as have new firmware and new manual and it doesn’t work at all.

The radio is much better than initial release and it was really good then! And for this as before they need to be credited absolutely. Others wouldn’t have done anything at all and we can name people who wouldn’t bother so to Albrecht for doing the work and updating can only say TOP
