So I bought the Anytone BT-03 to see if it worked with the Bluetooth Anytone AT-5100 and the answer is a resounding NO! Although it’s from the same factory and the same maker the protocol isn’t the same and with this the microphone isn’t compatible. You can search the microphone which shows up as BT MIC HAND but the radio itself appears “maybe” only to work with Anytone Q8 or Q9 headset. And NO will not be ordering and testing this is true or not

It appears the radios system would need to be updated and or modified and as it isn’t then it’s a lead weight device. So guys do not make the same mistake and leave the Bluetooth on the radio alone.
