People cry about AM only radios now but I remember a time when the same people cried to get there hands on legal AM frequency radios.
So this one comes dual voltage and will also be in your local dealers in Q2. At the moment what the updates are limited but when you look at the display the numbering of the 40 seem similar styled as the PC787 which would be another excellent addition to the President family were it treated it right and made to be a killer radio

No, Simon, they did not cry out for the radio, they cried out for the frequency and the modulation type. As they were being offered FM and also silly 934MHz frequencies.
I don’t know what this POS sells at with a President name, but I think a £20 AM rig off ebay from nearly 40 years ago, would probably perform better than this and have a proper S-meter.

Indeed they cried AM and back then were given FM. Cost I don’t know sadly, dealer who sent it did not have the price as not out yet. Guess you’ve seen same as me on eBay (outside of UK) prices are getting higher for AM kit. Saying that I’ve just bought a boxed multi EU harry II from France for €39 plus shipping. And it works a treat..
