Christmas Season Starts. Midland CB Radio “New” 2016 Collection Coming Soon

As we forecast earlier the key for 2016 will be smartphone integration and Bluetooth. It was laughed at by some but the series of new radios from Midland below show they have fingers on the pulse and ideas in there heads.

The smart choice was always going to be this route. It was this, equalizers for sound, wider audio from SSB radios etc. This was the foundation, the platform of what the new standards and new equipment needs of the users were always going to be:

I will they appear to be based on older radios with new fronts and features but I am not sure either way. Export will be 400 channels and 10w so that is a key and interesting feature as is the fact you can purchase an Alan Bluetooth accessory and use the radio via Bluetooth.

2005 Bluetooth was discussed and was the smart choice and 2016 it comes from Midland. “Integration” we have told many people and some companies this is what is 2016. White Noise, SSB Radios, Cheap and Nasty radios nobody will notice but “Integration” across multi platform of devices is the key and those who see it will sell and those who do not will sit silently as the future passes them by.
MIDLAND CTE. As a reader of the blog is there any chance to test any of these and see how they work. Export mode, legal mode, any mode not bothered. Would be nice to see the new collection released.

  2. the m10 and 20 look like revamped 78`s be nice if a revamped 48 looked like m20 ish with ssb, still nice looking sets

    • Indeed as I told it seems new fronts on old favourites. Nice to see at least something comes. We wait now Qixiang and there new collection. Uniden and President are not so conformist so guess USA will come first and EU later
