It was brought to my attention via email from the UK that the blog was misleading as CB Radio is actually NOT legal in India and I was telling people to buy something that is in-fact illegal. So please find below the direct link to the paperwork and also the download of the file.

CB Companies would not be investing many thousands of euro and pounds if there was no legality there and online communities would not be flourishing with CB News if was not legal.

Posted here is all I know at the moment, but for sure the use of CB Radio in India is completely legal.
