Yes we know the radio is not legal and sure his antennas are a legend to know him but all the same a nice contact from Italy to Tahiti on AM

At least the contact was made on CEPT if nothing else. Will any of us be lucky and make the trip somewhere like this? I know my friend Bozo The Clown from Idaho has worked Australia and Japan on AM so why not. Seems another good reason to take a listen and see what is out there…
