Chippenham & District ARC Rally – Sunday 19th October 2014

As the month passes into the end segment an email landed from Jon G0IUE to remind me of an upcoming rally in Chippenham. And as we all like a good rally to see how the flea market is and also what else is on offer then sure why not make some publicity. Why not also take a look on you tube and the name rigsearch this is Jon’s channel and more often or not something interesting and radio related there and sure those of us who cannot make the rally there will be a video or two from the event:

Below is the message as was sent to me:

The Chippenham & District ARC Rally takes place on Sunday the 19th October 2014 at Neston Memorial Hall, Pool Green, Neston, Near Corsham Wiltshire SN13 9SN.

Tables can be pre-booked and only cost £5 in advance or on the day at a cost of £6. The hall is spacious and has a high ceiling if antenna dealers wish to display their wares in extended mode.

Hot food and refreshments will be available courtesy of Neston Drama Group.

Doors open at 08:15 for traders and 10am for buyers. Buyers entry is £1.50 with under 16s free.

Talk in by G3VRE/A will be available on 145.550 Mhz FM.

Traders and specialist Group tables are still available but it is strongly suggested you pre-book to avoid disappointment. If you decide to arrive without pre booking it is advisable to bring your own table just in case we run out of ours.

There are spaces for outdoor pitches on the patio area adjacent to the recreation field these are available on a first come first served basis and are naturally weather dependant.

Hoping you can join us next month.

Best 73s from Jon G0IUE and all at G3VRE (Chippenham & District ARC)
