Search for Jacek 161WE332

I have a request for finding someone.  I think the call was 161WE332 Jacek and had a Post Box 242 and location could be Glogow and post code 67-200. I am not totally sure but maybe? Do you know him? Or can you confirm to me that this is the same guy as he asked for a QSL card and need the address.

So as this was a QSO Polish band on the radio I guess he had local troubles. The QTH is near Wroclaw & Lubin.

Jacek transmits around 2054km to enter the box and that sends it another 1984km to me in Budapest. So combined distance 4038km round trip.
