Fast on the heals of the “CRT CB Collection” comes the Amateur collection. As you can see from the photo all of the radios are Qixiang sourced and are the CRT 6900n based on the AT-5555, there is the CRT 7900 based on the AT-5555n and last of all the CRT 9900 which is based on the AT-6666 and all now available from dealers.

 

 

Not much that you can say about the collection of radios really. All are also sold under different names, all come with PC programming ability and most of all they are expandable for the export mode market. I have tried all of these radios, in fact the 7900 is under test now while the 6900n worked well earlier in the year from the mobile. CRT are one of the most active via social media and this is to there credit, new products show cased in advance helps also the market as to where to spend there money.

Now we wait who will be first? 24.500 – 29.700 on the market. Yes the AE5890EU, Optima, Stryker makes it but we need some new contenders on the block.
