Tel Serwis Tuned Densei EC-2002

Recently via eBay I purchased from the UK a Densei EC-2002 Mike 4 pin and was “tuning version” from Tel Serwis in Poland and below how it works or not?

So far I’ve connected the Mike to a Superstar 6900n, Stabo 4060e and a Team 1011 via a Uniden supplied 6 pin to 4 pin adapter and in all the cases the audio has improved sometimes 100%. The sound on the Qixiang made is less processed, strong, dynamic and with the smallest hint of echo it sounds really quite excellent. Of course this is the Albrecht branded Densei and not the actual shall we say real version. The board of the Mike is the often used DM-452 which we see across a wide range of mikes in the last 10 years or so.

The audio is first class. I think the eBay seller should continue to sell these as sure many in the UK would like the sound from these mikes. It’s really quite excellent sound. I loaned it to someone who runs a DX-SR8 from Alinco and the audio blasted away (Mike adapter used) sounded superb on the air.

Advice is, if you can get one then get one quickly. Fair price great sound.
