Another PMR DX video to hit the inbox. This time it’s 581km on a Baofeng Radio this time. One station is on a mountain with reference code FPE142. Remember that PMR is many things to many people. For me it’s €20 or so shop bought radio, stand on a hill and shout. Others it’s Baofeng or Yaesu or another with Yagi or fixed vertical. All aspects of it are fun and great times can be had. I’ve done the Yagi on PMR was 16 element, I’ve used 30-50w equipment as well as 400mw watches. It’s fun no matter what the equipment. Most important is just get on air.
