Midland has recently released there highest power radio so far with the 40 watt MXT-400. The radio retails at around the $249.99 price point and add to this you need an external antenna. If you look at the radio then it comes quite obvious that the radio has some EU released cousins shall we say. The radio has the 8 repeater channels installed and appears to have PC Programming so maybe allows some frequency extensions.
