So the first actual real Bill has arrived here and will be looked at in the next few days to see how it actually behaves now in reality. Mine boasts the serial number of 495. Having tried the sample one it worked really quite ok with nice receive and transmitted audio. Now we will see in the next days if it behaves as a released radio the same, worse or better than the sample one.

My idea is to modify it for export mode as it has legal UK channels inside and hopefully with it have higher power. The sample I tried only made small gains on the power side so I’m interested to see what is the case with it now. It’s perfect for my car size wise so I’m hoping! I’ve received some awful mails so I’m interested to see how it is now! Reverend Bow I’ll soon tell you what the power is!!
